PURPOSE: We exist to help tender & project-based sales teams close their most important deals.

 

HOW: ​By offering a no risk, high reward strategic consulting service. We don’t get paid unless you win the deal.​

THE PROCESS: We work alongside your sales team helping them to create the winning strategy for specific deals; applying buyer psychology principles, in-depth company and prospect research, sales presentation strategies and precise action plans to ensure every angle is covered to win your most important deals.

It’s simple: When you’ve got an important deal (or deals) that you know will be extremely profitable for your company that you need closed. The deal you’ve always known has been possible, but has remained just out of reach until now. Why Bravo are here to help you put together the winning strategy for closing that exact deal.  

CONSULTING LIKE NO OTHER

Using the proprietary Bravo deal analysis tool, we assess the most important current tender or projects you’re aiming to win with in-depth company and prospect research. This ensures a perfect foundation is laid and the deal is worth both of our time pursuing.

Upon agreement, an on-site date is scheduled for Bravo to understand and appreciate your company’s current approach to selling and communication with potential buyers and clients. The purpose of this is to understand your company DNA and explore the intricacies of your business model, what makes you unique, what makes you stand out and how your market already responds to you in a sales atmosphere.

Upon implementing the winning strategy, the outcome is reached and your company wins the deal. If you don’t win the deal, you don’t pay Why Bravo. If you do win the deal, Why Bravo’s fee is just 4% of total sale. Yes, you read that correctly. Your success is our success.

At this point, you’ll have two options. You either present another deal that you’d like the help of Why Bravo in winning and the process repeats, or you decide upon seeing the strategies that have already been implemented you are able to complete the next deal on your own and we wish you all the best for success moving forward.
